Both the 2014 Grad Night Consent Form & the 2014 Media Release Waiver Form must be filled out and mailed with the payment! These forms can be printed  from this website under the “Seniors” tab. After the 31st there will be no more ticket sales until Grad Night and tickets will then be $140 at the door CASH ONLY!
